I’m happy I was overall pleased. Joe T. was very helpful. Satisfied. Joe was patient and guided me through the stress of financing and all of the paperwork.
Trustworthy and a no pressure deal Walter was a joy to work with. Ben and Walter worked together to get me in my new vehicle and were always available to answer any questions I had. I trust that my purchase was worth the amount I paid and not once did I feel pressured in the experience. I will be buying my next vehicle years down the road from Walter as well.
New Purchase This is a great dealership to work with. I especially like that there are women in the sales department. Nicole was awesome. She also had us meet the service manager who was wonderful.

Easy Buy This was my third Toyota dealership. The first tried to sell me a car they didn't have (it's on the boat; be here in a couple of months). The second drove me crazy with endless trips to the sales manager; great pleasure to walk out on them. Glens Falls Toyota had the car I wanted and the deal was forthright. I found them on the interwebs and thought I would see if their claim to be a friendly, small dealership that takes care of their customers was accurate...it was and I'm happy.
Made it simple Colleen made things simple with no pressure. She had all the facts on the model I was interested in and also as compared to other brands.
Extra Service The dealer went out of his way to locate the exact car I was interested in and to do it in a very quick and efficient manor. The dealer then went out of his way to deliver the car to me at a location of my choice.
Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. very nice people! Local and just the perfect size to be personable. Everyone is so nice. I just bought my truck but, I happy to know I have a great dealership to go back to and I will be recommending everyone to buy their vehicle from Glens Falls Toyota. I look forward to working with them will my service needs.
