Great experience! If you are looking for a Toyota, I would recommend working with Joe at Glens Falls Toyota. He was professional, had excellent communication skills and a kind disposition. After I purchased my 2013 Highlander I noticed a hole in the driver side mat. I expected to be blown off when I asked for the mat to be replaced, but to my suprise he ordered all new mats. I was very happy with this experience!!!
