The Platinum standard of customer service. Myself and my wife had been in the market for a new truck. We did some shopping around for a brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra in our home state of VT but nothing came up. Great trade value, friendly salesman I had a pleasant experience from the second I walked in GF Toyota. Joe greeted me immediately and helped to quickly get a trade quote and set me up for a test drive. He gave me a quote on multiple cars and did not pressure me to immediately commit and gave me time to get quotes from other dealers. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Buying made easy! Purchasing my 2018 Tundra made replacing my 2008 Tundra an enjoyable experience. I was provided a vehicle to use until my new truck was located, detailed, and ready for delivery. Positive Experience buying new car! The Saturday after Thanksgiving I went online to inquire about a trade in of my 2013 Ford C-max for a new Toyota Rav 4. I was pleasantly surprised when Walter Foster responded within hours of my online questions. Resolution of service issue After having a conversation with Glens Falls owner regarding an issue I experienced with his service department, a resolution was offered to rectify this issue.
Exceeded my expectations! I recently purchased a 2012 Prius V. My salesman...Joe Taylor was easy to work with and the Sales Manager...Paul Wilkins took care of my concerns to the point that I feel like I bought a new car. The follow up has been excellent and I am already thinking about my next purchase from Glens Falls Toyota. Do people still jump in the air when they buy a Toyota? I feel like I should :-)
