Very accommodating After trading in our Prius V for a 2018 Camry XLE just last month I couldn’t get the idea of the benefits of great mileage and the tax rebates that are offered by the Prius Prime out of my thoughts. Good service Appointments and service are timely, not overbooked. Jim and service staff are friendly and helpful. My Tundra needed windshield replacement this winter, and the vendor was able to use a service bay to do the replacement because of the cold temps.

105,000 Service Came in for 105,000 service. Dropped off car in morning said could be picked up at 4:00PM. Car was finished at 10:00AM. Everything done well. No problems
First Year of Service-NYS Inspection I have now had my Toyota Highlander Hybrid for one year,,,,hard to believe it has been a year, Needed a NYS Inspection and they got me right in, I have been using Glens Falls Toyota for the basic oil change and car care and like them very much, Good work and pleasant waiting area to wait for your car. Oil change Their service department is great! They are very accomodating and pleasant. I choose to wait everytime and the wait is always less than an hour.
5000 mile check I was in before my appointment and done quickly. Very satisfied. Plus I didn't have to pay. Colleen sold me the Rav and she was very supportive of what I wanted, the best part was she didn't try to push things I didn't want. I will gladly deal with her again.
