Quick turnaround Although my car is new in the past 12 months, I've, unfortunately, had occasion to use the service center a number of times. They have always done a good job and work efficiently with their parts department. It is easy to schedule an appointment online and they are very good at letting you know how long it will take.

My Last Service Experience at Glens Falls Toyota I would never buy or have my Toyota serviced anywhere but Glens Falls Toyota. Jim Stegman the service manager is exceptional! Not as impressed with the CS representatives working for Jim; but would never go anywhere else. Also, have always had a very positive experience with Howard Lebowitz and trust him completely. We have been buying cars/trucks from GF Toyota for over 25 years and are loyal customers.
10K Service check I went in for my 10K check and Winter being what it is, my floor mats were very dirty. I am semi-handicapped and it is difficult for me to clean them myself. I asked if they would do this for me and they did... I was most grateful.

Walter did a great job and the dealership made it possible The salesman and dealership were very easy to work with and got right to finding the vehicle i asked for. Service from the car salesman was great. He knew all about the vehicle and answered all my specific questions about the trucks off road enhancements.
Another satisfied experience I have always received excellent service from the service department at Glens Falls Toyota. I had my 65,000 maintenance completed and also they replaced the front stabilizer links Jim kept me appraised of what was being done on my vehicle and why. As in the past I was very happy with the service that was done and received my vehicle back in a reasonable time.
