Very good car buying experience We went to Glens Falls Toyota and met with Joe Taylor. He was very personable and went out of his way to make our buying experience successful. He stayed in touch with us through the entire process and took extra time to explain finance options to us. My husband and I are loyal buyers and will definitely return to Glens Falls Toyota!! For the third new car.....still a great experience Nicole spent several visits with us to help us pick the best model for our needs and then very calmly did all the paperwork. Fantastic experience with her and all who did the details of closing. Also new exactly how we were using our money from trade-in to additional features on new car.

Great Experience This purchase was the easiest and met all our expectations. We travelled from Florida to New York for the holidays and went 2 and 1/2 hours north to Glens Falls to see the car we had wanted.
