Great service after my Corolla was totaled. My Corolla was broadsided and deemed to be totaled. Joe Taylor at Glens Falls Toyota was so patient and caring! Joe Da Man We were looking for a good used Rav4 and Joe Taylor was our guy. He was cordial and polite, and wasn't aggressive or pushy. We wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles and he pointed us in the right direction. We took our time with the test drives and Joe was impressed with our thorough test drives. Joe the Great. Joe was extremely helpful with the purchase of my used 2016 Rav 4 Hybrid. He knew exactly what I came in for and helped make it happen. He wasn't pushy or forceful in any way like other dealerships I visited.
Best Used Car Experience Used car shopping is difficult, especially as a woman. Sales MEN are usually pushy and don't take me as a woman or my questions seriously. Glens Falls Toyota was the complete OPPOSITE. They were PLEASANT, KIND, and VERY patient with all of my questions!! I could tell immediately when Joe returned my phone call by the tone of his voice that this was a place worth my time. Best experience from beginning to end.

Very personal dealership Dave Beaury, altho a very new sales agent at this dealership, displayed a professional, helpful & pleasing sales experience for my car purchase/leasing situation.
