Car purchase made easy I worked with Molly who was relatively new at the time. I would have never guessed because of her professionalism, dedication, and communications. I worked with her over the course of a couple of days through email and phone which made the time and transaction at the dealership much more smooth. She was great to work with as were the rest of the people at the dealership. I was treated with respect and felt comfortable the entire time.

rate Glens Falls Toyota Sales staff very friendly and responsive. Worked with Nicole Pafundi because my wife worked with her previously on purchase of a Prius Prime. She was excellent! Patient, responsive to my consumer needs, and fair in the deal that we reached. Sales manager also helpful in providing information on RAV 4 model and trim levels and pricing.
Easy to deal with on replacement lease Made turn in of leased vehicle and choice of new one almost seamless. Gave lots of lead time about options for end of lease. No hard pressure sales, and feel like got a fair deal.
