Joe Taylor is exceptional!! My father and I went vehicle shopping together. Saratoga Toyota dealership was our first stop and they lacked major customer service skills. Had a wonderful sales lady,Nicole Pafundi. Love the vehicle, Nicole was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel pressured, she made you feel comfortable. Jim the head of service dept. is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and accommodating Everyone. He is a big part of doing business there, the service dept. Ben was very good explaining some Of the paperwork and plans without feeling pressured.

Quick and to the point I contacted Glens falls Toyota online for a price on a new Prius prime. Joe Taylor Got back to me in a timely manor. The price was the best for the car I wanted. He did not want me to come in and sit down and talk before he gave me the best price they were offering, as some of the other dealers wanted me to do. A very nice experience.
Excellence with Colleen Everyone has heard 3rd time is a charm and Colleen fulfilled that with my purchase of a new Tacoma.
