Great service department and sales department. I moved here 4 years ago. I had my 2012 Rav4 serviced through you during that time. Because of the great service I received my decision to purchase my new car through you was easy. Vincent Pittelli and Tina North did a great job in sales, They were able to find the new Rav4 I was looking for and explained all of the features. When I picked up the car everything was ready and the transaction went smooth.
Execllent Product, Knoweldge Sales Support and Service Dept. Up till now, my wife and I have purchased a total of six vehicles from Glens Falls Toyota. Great people to work with! Was looking for the perfect Tundra and found it at GFT. Everyone was very helpful and got me the price that I was very happy with. Nicole, our sales assoc. was very patient and never pushy. She took her time and explained everything from when I first looked at the vehicle till I got in it to drive it away. Great sales and service Joe Taylor at Glens Falls Toyota made my car buying experience easy and stress free. Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do, and time is something I don’t have much of but Joe made everything quick, efficient and transparent.
