Kingston Nisson is awesome! Perhaps that doesn't sound very professional or "grown up, (even though I happen to be a retired administrator and a grandmother!), but that is what they are. Knowing that I was looking for a used car, my friend kept urging me to visit Kingston Nissan, near where she lives. Took the wifes' V-6 2007 Altima in for 45 month service. Car had 24305 miles on it. Since today is a holiday (MLK Jr.), I asked David if they were busy & got a yes to that. I know most of sales force & said Hi to a bunch of them. They are always happy to talk to me if not with a customer. Very busy day at Kgn Nissan, so didn't get to talk to any. I have been Dealing with Marc Sasso and Kingston Nissan (formally Johnson) for nine years and have always been happy with the professional and friendly service. Today 11/23/10 was a pleasure as usual. Marc was very helpful as soon as I showed up, Got my truck right in to be serviced and arranged a ride home. Known as Kingston Nissan now. I was looking to take advantage of cash back program and fed tax rebate on a hybrid. The regional inventory was getting scarce for the vehicle that I was looking for. Norm spent days on the phone and found a beautiful, loaded Altima Hybrid for me. Margaret in the finance department got a better rate from my own bank than I was able to. Sneaky and underhanded. Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and riffled through my car without me knowing. When I notice and want to leave, they held my keys and talked in a private office. I had to ask repeatedly for my keys. Then I get to my car to finally leave after my privacy was violated, and my seats are all altered and my purse is moved. Horrible business. This dealership is by far the worst. After running my credit over and over, they approved me for a car. The car I received was a lemon. I purchased the vehicle 31st of January 2023. 3 months later. Check engine light comes on. Low oil engine pressure warning light keeps flashing. I was told not to drive the vehicle. I spoke to a lady, about the car issues.
