I think you have no follow through especially when you know you are taking advantage of people. I've tried to address this problem more than once and was left hanging.

I was happy at first until my car started over heating and I took to them to have it fixed which I paid $350 just to have the same problem to this day. And they are not willing to fix it I am still within my warranty. So have a car that I am paying on and cant really drive. I am not satisfied with their overall service.

Coming to this dealership was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I came to the dealership in July 2012 for a Toyota highlander that was advertised. I made an appointment and then was told when I got there that it was sold. I ended up with an 04 Murano. It is now November and less than 4 months later I have replaced front struts, realized the lock fo the tailgate is too rusted for the rear interior lights to come on. I recently purchased a 2003 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. I worked with Bill who was very helpful and friendly and he worked with me to get the best price possible. While I was working with him I was told several times that "you should not have to put any money into your car, besides normal maintenance for the first year" and "the service department will look over the car before you take it home to make sure there are no issues". They overcharge for services they don't perform or parts they don't put on, while they make you wait with other irrate customers. Steve in service charged me for tire weights,which should have been included in the price. I brought my Nissan to another place the day after service and had it checked over. They pointed out to me that the parts hadn't been put on my car, that I was charged for at kingston nissan. I went back to complain,and Anthony was obnoxious.
