Had several conversations with Zach about numbers. I was very specific about not wasting my time. But ofcourse the numbers were a lie to get me in. The sales manager got nasty because I kept saying Zach lied. He didn't like the word lie. Well what else do you call it when someone tells you one price on the phone and when you get there the numbers are much more. I kept asking for Zach to come out from wherever he was hiding but he wouldn't. I Will never buy anything from them.
I wish I could give less than 1 star because they are Absolute crooks. The moral of the story: Do NOT go here for any reason. I had my vehicle brought there back in July because it was stalling out while driving. Mind you this is a Brand-new 2019 Nissan I purchased from THIS dealership. I am the first and only owner and I get the vehicle serviced regularly, just not here because I always feel like dealership service centers take advantage of their customers, especially if they are women. Since the issue was not a warrantable issue, the $35/daily coverage did not apply. We did show you all of your parts and also had your mass air flow sensor available for you to take. Got the used car salesman who became defensive and sarcastic if asked any questions he didn't like. Looking at a $37K Nissan CPO vehicle, ready to do a cash deal. (1) No, the Carfax should have more recent data than from nearly a year ago. (2) No, your dealership did not spend $1,800 for mounting used tires, oil change, air filter, alignment, front brake rotors and resurfacing rear brake rotors. Very poor service. They don’t take appointments for oil changes and now I have at least 1 1/2 hour wait to get in. My backup camera doesn’t work again but they may be too busy to look at it. All under warranty. Very unsatisfactory

Crooks This was a very frustrating experience. They will not honour an oil change for life contract. Apparently, contracts can change if Kingston Nissan feels like if. Never again will I ever do business or recommend anyone ever to this shady crooked company
careless On August 18, my husband and I went to Kingston Nissan as we were interested in the Leaf. There were several incentives including a $10,000 rebate from Central Hudson, a $1,700 NYS Drive Clean Rebate, as well as an enticing $7,500 Federal Tax Credit. Sounds nice, right?? Disappointed My car was repossessed a few years back. I talk to ally or Alison in the finance department and she told me all I had to to was get a consigner and she could get me approved. Well I went in for my appointment and saw a sales guy. And he told me right away I couldn't get a loan. They said the car I had to trade in was not worth enough to them. the saleman didnt want to offer me any solution ,to help me try to figure some thing out I was just send on my marry way with his words of There is NOTHING we can do for you have a good night. Never showed me 1 car. That was horrible so went to HONDA and got a great deal
