We called Kingston Nissan inquiring about a car we had seen on their website and spoke with Steven Pinto. We told him we had a tradein and had already done extensive homework, and didn't want to waste our or his time if we weren't at the same prices. I could not believe the service I received from the minute I entered the the dealership. I was not sure I would guailify for a vehicle but Kingston Nissan claims guaranteed credit. This was a "shared" sale beetween Deiree and Mike- they worked well together and both went overboard to make the sale a pleasurable and unstressful event. I feel I received a fair allowance for my trade and was able to negotiate an extra $500 reduction of the price. Both Mike and Desiree offered to help me at any time with technical questions I might have with the navigation system etc.
Kingston Nissan, especially salesperson Desiree Williams created a comfortable no pressure car shopping experience. We explained what we were looking for and our budget. At no time did i feel pressured when being shown other options. Actually, I drove away with more than I thought would. My truck was ready to go within an hour of signing the papers. I'll go back next time we need to purchase a new vehicle.

My husband is handicapped to the point he requires the right height in a vehicle so that he can get in and out without assistance.
