You were made to feel welcomed the minute you walked through the door! I had an appointment with the manager I had done business with previously. He unfortunately went home ill that day. I have dealt with this dealership in the past and was wonderfully surprised with their professionalism and non-aggressive approach. Although it is an hour drive for me to the dealership I believe it is worth the trip. I did pick up my new 2012 Maxim within the last two weeks and I look back now and think that maybe I could have held out for a better price on my trade-in, I believe that I did get a fair price. Took it for a test run and was very happy with what i saw and went to buy and liked the deal i got.

Dealer was very friendly, I was not satisfied with the car I purchased,some how there was a misunderstanding about what I wanted and I had quite a bit of anxiety. Was looking to purchase a new truck. After shopping at all the local dealers, found out most were not open to pricing. Nissan had the truck in stock and was willing to deal.
