Excellent customer service! It was such a great experience working with Laura while purchasing our Jeep wrangler! We were working together for a few weeks trying to figure out what vehicle was best! Easiest buying experience EVER!!! My wife and I walked into Romeo Chevy blind and with no expectations. We were nicely greeted as we entered the door and then met a sales rep. Smooth sailing after that. Pete and Steve (the only two people I needed to deal with) were incredible. Literally three day later I drove away in my new car.

Pay raise don’t be cheap The lady that checks the car in is great. Friendly and fun. She deserves more. Always pleasant. And it was very busy on Monday and she managed kept her cool. Kept things moving.

Great and honest service Dropping car off is easy using the secure key box. My order was confirmed in the morning, giving me the option to choose what was the best plan of action. Upon picking up the car, the work was reviewed with recommendations for future maintenance. It was a continued great experience.
