Engine light appointment Came in with engine light on, met with Joe Sanford. After the issue was diagnosed, Joe did some investigating and realized that this was part of the Car that was covered even though my extended warranty had expired. I appreciated the extra time Joe gave to me. I left there feeling like a valued customer
