I was told to be there at 9:15. I arrived at 8:50 and they took me immediately. I gave them a list of tasks, including 2 recalls. I was told it would take between one and a half to two hours to complete. I waited one hour and twenty five minutes and was texted that it was complete. No charge, what could be better. It was pouring down rain and I didn't get a drop on me. Thank you.

This was my first service on the car. I used it as an opportunity to get a recall performed. It takes me an hour to get to Price Honda; so when I got there they said I would be done in 2 hours. They were exactly on time.
