Although very busy the day I was there, a service rep got to me quickly. The car was finished when they said it was. I really liked that they were honest about what I did and did not need. I had said I thought I might need brakes, but their recommendation was probably next time. They could have easily said I needed new ones now. They had the same recommendation for the tires. I felt slight pressure to have some routine maintenance done, but not bad at all. Definitely recommend this honest dealer.

Excellent service. I took my car in because it would shake when accelerating. The technician came out to the waiting area to explain what needed to be done and 'why'.

The employees were very helpful. They had to order a part that didn't come in until Monday, the car was ready on Tuesday but I couldn't pick it up unil Wednesday. They were OK with that and kept the car an extra day. Great customer service.

My car was in for two recalls. Work was done in a satisfactory time. I was surprised that I was denied a loaner vehicle since I live several miles away. Since I was going to have a wait of several hours I had to have my wife drive up and pick me up to run some errands in the Dover area.
