RecommendedI've been going to Price Honda for years and love their customer service. However this last time I tried to make an appointment for diagnosis, the operator was horrible. She told me I couldn't wait for my car, but I would be denied a loaner. She wasn't helpful with my problem and didn't offer any advice. I received a 24 month pre paid service plan. When I bought a vehicle. Now that I have had my oil changed 4 times they tell me that they won’t do it any more. Even though it has not been 24 months yet and the contract actually states 24 months. To top it off they are rid when u expect them to. I would rate there service department a 0 on a scale of 0 to 10. I highly recommend u take your vehicle some were else for service unless u like being ripped off.
I have had great service with Price Honda until today. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my battery replaced. The battery was not in stock and now I must go back next week. What is the point of making an appointment if the parts are not ordered for it beforehand? Very disappointed in them today.
Got a platinum package detail this is how I received it back. With a B package maintenance which tells me only what was done not condition of entire vehicle after multipoint inspection. They tried to correct mistakes with detail again had the vehicle for another day and car still had a lot of spots that hadn’t been touched. With service advisors telling me I don’t get information about the results of my multipoint inspection.
I received a letter about an incentive because of covid-19 for new buyers. I purchased a car a week ago. I messaged them I was told that I bought my car to late. I emailed the company and I was told . I apologize for you missing the opportunity. in actuality that email was not supposed to come out until may. This is no different than a manufacturer coming out with another incentive a week or a month later. A little disappointed this morning. I normally always get great service from Price but today I called to get pricing for four new tires and I wasn’t able to get it. How is it that I can buy a vehicle from a place, get all my service done there routinely, and not a single person can tell me what size tires I have to give me a quote? Unprofessional, liars, thieves. Bought our car 12 weeks ago & we still have not received our tags for the vehicle. One lie after another, never taking accountability for their wrong doing. Military family about to PCS & they know it. Obviously they don’t care either.... Received word today that they have encountered another issue with getting our tags. Honestly, don’t think Price Honda has a clue how to get out of state plates. It’s been 12 weeks!!! Would NEVER recommend Military to do their business here. Ever.
