Preston was an amazing representative of the Price Automotive Group. He was ready for our scheduled appointment- had the car up front and clean! Although Preston is on the Honda side, he knew all about the Acura's features and fine points. Once the decision was made to purchase the car, Preston handled the details with great detail and knowledge. Took my 2017 Honda Pilot into Price Honda for the fuel pump recall. New fuel pump was installed with no issues. The service department texted me and recommended an additional $1500 worth of maintenance which I declined to have done. $1500 worth of additional maintenance items warrants a phone call from the service advisor to the customer explaining the need for the maintenance.

I trust this shop, but I didn't feel like this listened to me. I brought the car in for routine maintenance, but also told them my tire was losing pressure after I inflated it. I explained how much of a psi loss and the short timeframe. I said nothing about the tire warning light coming on. When my car was ready, I asked about the leak and was told the light was on because of the difference in treads. I insisted there was a leak and when they actually looked, they found it.
