I traded in my 1999 Dodge Durango for a 2010 Dodge Charger on 09/08/2016 with Price. Good car buying experience until the signing. JB or JP (I really wish I'd paid more attention) was handing me papers to sign when I asked if he needed the title for my trade in since he'd not asked for it yet. My boyfriend and I went there for the first time today, because we were interested in purchasing a new Honda or Acura. We walked around for a half hour and although we received smiles and head nods, no one offered to help or even introduced themselves. We are young and I know some people aren't quick to help younger people, but a half hour of looking and still no offer to help? I shouldn't have to ask for help to look at a $30,000+ car. Needless to say we're moving on and they won't be getting our business.
BUYER BEWARE!! I spoke to a salesman on the phone about a 2014 4WD Honda Pilot EX-L. Since there were only 2 left on the lot that met my criteria at my price point and one was in a color that I clearly stated I didn't want, he said he would hold the other one until my husband and I could get there 2 days later.
