Scammers! So wrong and they know it
They hire thieves and scammers as sales man do you think they will take care of your best need ??
this dealership makes way too many mistakes. stuff that could be obviously avoided. crazy.
Did not properly inspect the vehicle that was sold to my family. Went back to the dealership for assistance or direction and was turned away by they manager with no assistance whatsoever. Do not buy a car from this establishment unless your in a bind. They don’t back their work and customer assistance was sub par.
Worst service appointment I’ve ever had! 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Coukdve done that in my driveway in less time! Think long and hard before you go here, they do little to make things right with the customer.
The staff was nice and performed my service quickly. However a few weeks after my service, I found that they had miss a few things in their "multi-point inspection" and did not perform all of the items I was charged for. For one, I asked for my tires to be rotated... they were not. I was charged $50. Two, my air filter was completely clogged with insects and debris. That was obviously not checked. TL;DR - don't buy a car here I called to confirm a car I was interested in purchasing had passed Maryland inspection. I was told it had. Arrived and asked, was again told that it had passed. Went for a test drive. Start filling out paperwork and learn that the car has not passed. I should have walked away then, but it was a great car at a good price. I received coupon in mail & was scheduled today for "Express Oil Change" for my Honda Civic at Price Honda. I arrived for appointment & found "Express Service Lane" barricaded. Waited in service line for 15 minutes. Frustrated I called service, who informed me that although I had appointment for "Express Service" that it would be at least a 45 minutes to 1 hour wait for service & another 45 minutes to 1 hour for "Express Oil Change".
