When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside and was taken to the truck that i wanted to test drive. When I went to test drive the truck I was given directions on where I was goin. This was very helpful because I didn't know the area very well. The directions were simple and easy to follow. I drove away in my 2010 loaded Pontiac G6 GT at a great price and the service and professionalism of all employees was outstanding!!
The sales area of the lot and interior is extremely clean presenting an atmosphere that these individuals take pride in thier work. Courteous and polite with all I came in contact with. Not a long drawn out process and no hassle for purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.
My daughter and I drove over an hour to look at a used wrangler. She is a college student and has driven her “first car” for close to 5 years. With A much needed upgrade this used vehicle’s mileage and cost was in her budget. ROBBERS! They gave $9000 for a well maintained high mileage SUV, then listed it the very next day for $17,500. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Went to look at an older sports car and was told that I couldn’t test drive the car unless we had some type of deal written up!!!! I never heard of such a thing. I’ve been to high end dealerships that never said something like that. However, this used car dealer selling a used $50,000 sports car, won’t let you test drive the car to see if you would even want to buy it. If they wanted to check your credit or something to insure you can afford the car, I could understand, but to tell someone you have write a deal first. Presto... read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Bought a brand new Mazda CX 5 at Boardman store. On first oil change , tech crushed an o ring, and half the oil leaked out overnight on cement driveway. On purchase, had an email of two free oil changes,AND two tire rotations. Service advisors argued with me upon both free oil changes that the email I had was erroneous, and that they would do the rotation at no charge but that ADAM was incorrect in promising me that. Recommend the Dealership, Not Jason Discello The Dealership as a whole I recommend. The Service Department is excellent they always go above and beyond my needs and expectations. Scott is always nice and cordial. I have Purchase my CX5 through them and was pleased with the experience; however Jason is a pompous Sales Manager, who likes to lie to your face and try to play the numbers game (all of which don't quite add up). Have vehicle I cant register Let me say I hate car shopping! But buying my Chrysler 300 was not bad experience Its what has happened since!
