I purchased a 2009 Mazda CX-9 from Bill Hudson, picked the car up on May 1. I loved that car, but I started noticing a few weeks later that car was jerking when going into gear, I thought maybe it was bad gas then a friend of mine told me it’s probably just the way it runs cause it all wheel drive. Make sure you get their used vehicles looked over before you purchase. Bought a 2009 Murano less than a year ago. Only had 67,000 miles on it. Haven't even driven enough to have 2 oils changes yet and the transmission is gone! Very disappointed!
Not a happy camper at all, bought a Cadillac from there and I'm not happy at all... Car has been serviced in Newcastle.. Not where I bought it from and it's been in the shop over 10 times for the same problem... Tomorrow I will be making calls to see what my rights are about replacing this car... Very unhappy customer
