While it has taken me a while to write this review, it is because I wanted to make sure I was calm enough to write it. Long story short - the ONLY positive experience we had with this dealership was that Liz in finance was good to work with, and the service manager Steve seems to be the only person in the building with a sense of common courtesy and human decency. Rude Personal out there...only nice people are the parts dept... made promises to my son...totally UNPROFESSIONAL. PROMISED my Autistic son items never gave to him...Liar Liar...Has $200 gift cards of mine from MAZDA..still hasn't let me redeem it...again...POOR SERVICE...
Thank you for your flier in the mail, but i will pass on the special for 75.95 for an oil change and tire rotation. Might be less expensive to just buy another vehicle with oil already in it.

Finance guy Michael treated me horribly. I have never felt so taken advantage of, cheated, and disrespected. He would not listen to me, would not take no for an answer, and made me sign blank forms. Also, kept us there so long to get his way, my daughter, who is diabetic, was on the verge of collapsing. I relented just to get away from him. I guess he thought he could treat me like this because I'm a senior citizen, and he could get away with it. Truly regretting this purchase because of him!!!

my air bag was recalled and I waited over 6 months for the parts to come in. I recieved a postcard that the parts were in and That if I needed a rental car Id be provided with one....when I called I was told They don't provide rental cars for a 1 1/2hr service. this is ridiculous!! I had to take the day off work because i didnt have a car!!

Was very dissatisfied with Preston’s service department. Took my car in the get it diagnostic’s done on it and they told me it was the timing chain. They fixed that, it still wasn’t fixed. They told me they missed something. Now the harmonic balance was bad they fixed it after that they said it needed a new engine. So they had my car for almost 3 months and put around $800 into it to tell me the engine was bad. A new engine comes with the parts they put on my car already. This is honestly the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I've never been more disappointed in the way my husband and I were treated here by the service department. My lease contract was transferred here when the store I got my car from originally closed down. I wasn't aware of the transfer until I got a recall notice and was told I had to take it here. While scheduling an appointment for the recall I was told they only had 1 technician that could do recalls and he only worked certain hours during the week even thoug... read more
Been trying to ask them options to get out of a lease, they won’t help. Paying to much and the lease was a 4 year lease which isn’t traditional. The money isn’t even going towards the car, plus if I wanted to keep the car after I’d have to pay an additional 10,000. No one here has been helpful, so not go here looking for a “good deal” they will sneak around you and make you pay for it.
