Stacy Brown was very helpful and courteous to us. She did everything we asked. Bobby Preston was able to meet our needs as far as our trade and getting the monthly payment where we needed it to be. Our experience at Preston Mazda was excellent.

I had the very BEST experience getting my car from Preston Mazda!!!!! I bought my first car from JD and they cant even compare the Service and Experience I recieved From Keith and everyone else who works at Preston Mazda! I thought I knew what I wanted but Keith went above and beyond my expectations to get me the greatest car. They took care of my every need in a newer car. First called to see if what I wanted was in inventory and received a courteous conversation with Mr. Abati. Was happily greeted at the dealership and introduced to Ms. Rickard, Mr. Discello and Mr. Nogay. Allowed me to test drive a couple of cars to see if we were comfortable with the Mazda3 Hatchback/Sedan. Chose the sedan model without any real pressure to buy. I would have to say that I put Keith Shingleton and his staff through the ringer. But with his great people and customer service skills I can honestly say that he made me a proud owner of the car I was always wanting. Keith has went over and beyond his normal duties to make sure that I stayed well informed of every action he was taking, worked with me side by side to gather all of my information,never shopped out of his own pocket, and even got the car I wanted from another state! We had a very good experience at Preston Mazda. Keith was very personable and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle, he offered his continued assistance whenever needed. Overall the staff of this dealership was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend it!

All of the employees at Preston that i met were great to deal with. All of my questions were answered quickly and i was treated with respect and care. I will recommend Preston to friends, relatives and co-workers. I have always purchased Toyota vehicles, but I love my new Mazda!

The dealership was clean and open, very inviting. We were greeted almost immediately by Keith. He asked us a lot of questions concerning what we were looking for in a car. Having already looked online at the Mazda offerings, we had a pretty good idea what we were looking for, and Keith was able to steer us in the right direction.
