Most dealers that I have gone to have employees that almost seem to pressure you into buying a car. Shelley was not one of them. Shelley is very outgoing and friendly and you always felt comfortable when talking about purchasing a new vehicle. She was very helpful with any questions I had or information that I requested. Shelley was an amazing person to do business with, for she was kind and very helpful when it came to picking out my first car. She showed my grandfather and myself a lot of respect and she was very willing to help us find the car I wanted. Shelley even went out of her way to help us bring the car home the same day. They gave his honest opionion and suggestions for me which is nice because I am new to car shopping. There were a variety of cars to choose from. The whole process was fast and everyone at Preston Auto Outlet was helpful. Especially Dave, He was with me all the way answering any questions I had. I would recommend getting your car from them! My experience at Preston Auto Outlet was outstanding. My salesman was available at prearranged time. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Finance manager was efficient and kind. Before I knew it I was driving home with my new purchase. They had exactly what I wanted and was treated very professionally.
Keith was awesome!! He stayed with me through my whole time of car shopping! He called me everytime he found a car for me and he knew exactly what I was looking for!! I have not even purchased a vehicle (new or used) yet but feel compelled to write even before I purchase: Walt contacted me by email fairly late Sunday night. He called early today. He has been the consumate professional. I realized that what I have stated might seem like he has been too aggressive; that would be very wrong.
