after looking for a vehicle for one month this dealership was a breath of fresh air, they greeted me promptly and matt answered every question i had and if he didn't know found someone that did. jason heath made it feel like a family atmosphere and i will definitely purchase my daughter a car from this dealership in the future. hyundai got my business because of these employees and the fair price i was given. i'm hoping the car quality matches the quality of this dealership.

We love the car, and the service call just added to our pleasure. I was pleased with the speed with which it was handled and the car wash was a nice bonus. Keep up the good work.The service area was clean and neat so I was able to get some class work done. It was nice to have coffee while I waited. When we purchased the car, we appreciated the fact that we were not pressured to make an instant decision. In fact, the car we purchased wasn't the one we test drove. Thanks for the good service.

My entire family was impressed with the dealership, especially Josh. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, there were no games involved. He made the effort to bring out competitors cars for us to compare(e.g. Toyota Camry) and came back with his lowest price at close without the haggling that you will find at less reputable dealerships. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a mid-size car give Josh a call.

Mr. Bakuhn and the dealership was very responsive to my inquires prior to purchasing a new vehicle. My email and telephone calls were answered in a friendly and timely manner. The dealership is bright, clean, and employs up to date equipment in the shop to service vehicles. I hope to spend a very minimum amount of time in the shop except for normal, routine maintenance. The quality of Hyundai will determine this factor. Overall, thus far, the experience has been pleasant and I feel that we got a fair deal on the purchase.

Dave was very friendly and knowledgable and worked with us to get a good price on my Jeep. Everybody was very personable and friendly as we waited our turn to meet with the financer. They made sure we were comfortable and that we found the car that we wanted.

David Hougue who helped us in sales along with Joshua Bakuhn Internet sales manager and Burt Tonks business manager were great to work with. Dave and Josh worked very hard to get us the deal we needed. They were very nice guys and a pleasure to work with. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go into Boardman Preston Hyundai and ask for these guys. My Purchase experience at Preston Hyundai was one of a kind. From my salesman Josh to the manager Jason Heath, I felt like I was treated like family. I've always hated the car buying experience so when I knew i was ready to start shopping I figured it would be the same old processes again. Being that I have had many unfortunate events with my credit I was sure I wouldn't get a car, thats where Angel and Dave come in. They made my purchase experience the best i've ever had. Dave helped me pick the car I want and needed and Angel went to work on getting me financed. I'll definetely be dealing with Angel and Dave soon.

I gave the rating I did because Preston Hyundai, and Tony Sangialosi weren't like the "average" Dealership. I had visited 3 other dealers before I had reached Hundai and to be honest I was tired of the "typical" Car Salesman. That's until I had met Tony. This was the greatest experience I ever had.
