This is my first Hyundai purchase and I was very pleased with the entire experience as well as the product and price. Alan and Jay were excellent to work with and I got an excellent deal. I will go back when I am in the market for a vehicle again.
We were very pleased with the staff responsiveness to meeting the needs of what we were looking for as well as to work together with us to agree on a fair price. Zach was very enthusiastic and was able to provide plenty of information regarding safety features and reviews in addition to allowing us to take a test drive without having to be accompanied in order to speak privately and review our own observations while driving. My buying experience was excellant. Sales staff was friendly as was entire dealership. My salesman was attentive and always made me feel welcome and appreciated. At no time did I feel pressured to make an immediate buying decision. I have already recommended this dealership and salesman to my friends.
I have never felt as comfortable going to a dealership as I did going to Preston Hyundai in Bordman, OH. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dave and Angel made it their top priority to make sure that I was getting a good trade in on my car and to get the best deal on a used car. I will surely come back again and again!
