Best car buying experience My husband recently totalled his vehicle. We went into Preston Hundai and leased a vehicle through Rick Scenna. I was very impressed with his customer service and genuine care to fill our needs.

Very pleasant experience As a first time new car buyer, I was quite hesitant, but Alan went out of his way to help make the process easy and pain-free! He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and what was important to me, and found the exact model I was describing. He continued to follow-up on me and my purchase via phone calls and email which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend him and the Preston Hyundai team!
Very easy! Very good experience. We negotiated the price over a couple of emails. Dave arranged a driver for me to get me to the dealership (I live in Pittsburgh). An hour later, I was in a 2015 Santa Fe driving back to Pittsburgh. My wife was surprised for receiving her new year gift two nights early!
Very pleasant buying experience I purchased a 2015 Tucson from Dave Hogue. Dave saw to every detail, from beging to end, without being the least bit pushy. And when my daughter was thinking about buying a car for herself, Dave was our first call. Deborah Krause in F&I dept. was very nice as well. Have not needed to go to service dept. yet, but met the Service Manager, and he seemed very knowledgeable , as well as friendly.

Went above and beyond to find me the car"" I wanted!!"" I have wanted a white Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for a long time,,,Even though my Elentra was a Great sporty car ,,I felt I needed something bigger,,,And wanted to stay with a Hyundia!!! These guys are AMAZING!!!! I applied for a bad credit car loan online and received a call from Sylvia. They approved me over the phone and got me in a much better car than I could imagine with my credit. It was a bit pricier than I wanted, but I got a hell of a deal nonetheless They treated me and my family with the utmost care and respect Probably the friendliest interaction I've ever had with a business!!!
