Great buying experience I drove from canton ohio to make buy a truck there & overall had a Great buying experience. Salesman T Rankin was honest & upfront during the whole sale. I would definitely recommend T Rankin & the dealership to anybody looking to maje a purchase.

Purchased a Rav4 & a Toyota Corolla My husband wanted to upgrade to a new Rav4, so he called Ricki Ferrari on Rickis cell phone. Rick was on vacation in Fla. but still took the call and advised my husband who to talk to at the dealership. We've dealt with Ricki for years, and always rely on him. Toyota Tundra I was able to get a great deal on a Tundra with the help of Chuck Warren and Rick Ferrari. They had the numbers ready for me when I arrived so there was no waiting. I was in the truck within an hour and back home with it. I couldn't ask for much more.

Overall Great Experience I worked with Anthony Bailey on a certified Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Anthony provided excellent service and went out of his way to make sure the deal went smoothly. He let me know the status of the car the day I was planning on visiting. He followed up after the sale. Everyone I dealt with at Preston was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend Anthony and Preston to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Super Speedy! Our Rav 4 had a recall. I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived, they had me pull directly into a service bay. Originally they said it would take two hours. I was out the door with a repaired vehicle, that was vacuumed and washed, within 45 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that! Great job team!
