Comfortable experience With this being my first time to lease Rick and Boo made me comfortable thru the whole experience. Ravi was very thorough also. Boo even set up my Bluetooth for me before I left the dealership.

Good deal Good sales atmosphere and location. Good number of vehicles in stock on lot. Free maintenance for 2 years, including oil change and car wash is very beneficial.

Quality, Same Day Service I had a great experience at Preston Toyota from the salesman (Matt S.) and throughout the entire staff. The finance and administration experts knew how to work with getting out of state tags (VA) and working with my out of state bank. Very helpful, answered all of my questions objectively. Chuck provided great knowledge to everything I needed to know. He also answered all of my questions objectively, and added even additional information that helped me understand the entire process. My experience was comfortable. The customer came first and everyone was going out of their way to make sure the customers remained the priority. Definitely recommend!
