I chose to ask for a price quote from Preston BMW given the high recommendation other buyers gave this dealership. After contacting three other BMW dealerships it became obvious who was the best choice. Mr. Schwartz was in all ways vastly superior to any other sales rep I encountered. I greatly appreciated his no nonsense approach to working up a deal for a car. I do not relish the gamesmanship I experienced dealing with less competent salesmen. I was looking for a new car on the internet and sent out request for quote to several dealers. This dealer was the first one contacted me not only via email but also through phone. The salesman Doug gave me detailed price quote and the best offer as well. From the initial contact through driving the new car out of the dealer, we had great experience overall. This is our third BMW, first time in this dealer and the best experience. We will be considering to get our next car from this dealer.

I had a great buying and overall experience with Preston BMW. I spoke with Al Schwartz prior to coming over and he was able to give me several options that fit what we were looking for. My wife and I drove over and ended up purchasing and driving home a great pre-owned BMW that afternoon. Very honest and helpful. We were coming from a long ways away and our salesperson (Al Schwartz) took detailed pictures of certain spots on the vehicle and emailed them to us directly. The individuals at the dealership seemed to work well together as a team. Our salesperson was also willing to extend his working hours in order to accommodate our schedule coming in from out of town to buy the Certified Pre-Owned BMW.

This dealer was a true pleasure to work with in every phase of service. If I were to buy another car, I would surely return to Preston's. I will gladly recommend anyone directly to them. It was also well worth going from PA to Ohio for the business of buying my car.

I had a great experience at Prestons buying my used BMW. I went to buy a used car. They told me exactly what would need since i was buying it as is. They never tired to sell me something I did not want. It was refreshing to go to a dealership and work with a staff that wanted to sell me a car even if it was a used as is model. This is the first car I bought since 8/06 and it was great to work with a staff that wanted my business but was not over the top with pressuring us to buy "today". I emailed Preston BMW with the specs I wanted and Doug replied the next day with the invoice price and their price for ordering the 2011 335xi w/ the M Sport package with the unique blue exterior, which I wanted. Drove 1.5 hrs to see Doug on a late Mon evening and we got down to business. After talking about the price for less than 5 minutes, they beat their competitors and I had a signed order within 30 minutes. Came back in 5 weeks to sign the papers once the car had arrived. Really great pricing, and very friendly people at Preston. I have already recommended Preston to a friend who was shopping for a car, and have told others about my purchase. David Brown, Scott, and Todd and others were more than happy to go out of the way to help me. I will definitely be using the FREE car washes they offered there on site at Preston.

Our first contact was made through Preston's website. They were prompt in replying, and in providing whatever information we needed to determine if the vehicle was something that we wanted to investigate further. An appointment was made, and upon arrival we were treated very courteously. We test drove the vehicle, and found that it suited our needs. The amount given for our trade was acceptable, given the number of miles that it had at the time. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the experience.
