Even though I've moved almost 500 miles away, I was very happy to make the trip out to Mike and Preston Auto to lease my third car from them. I feel very loyal to him and the dealership! He is so friendly, responsive, and easy to work with! I even had found a local dealer with a little better pricing, but Mike is such a pleasure, that I'd much rather do business with him. Great customer service is worth so much to me! Many thanks to Mike!

It was a simple , honest and hassle free BMW vehicle purchase. The best I would say of the 4 dealers I have shopped around. Would highly recommend as number 1 dealer . The best thing is they had the car delivered in a less than 7 days and worked with both the price and what I was looking for in a car.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from the dealership in the past 10 months. The prices can't be beat. The employees are very nice and easy to talk to. they really seem to care about the customer and not about making another sale. They take their time to explain everything. I traded in a car and got a very fair price....no problem with negotiations. Bryant is very professional and seems to enjoy his work. I would recommend Preston to everyone.

What a nice experience! Dave made me feel very comfortable while I was waiting for Todd to get my financing. Dave was so polite and really nice to talk to. He was very informative about the vehicle that I was interested in. He even brought me coffee! Todd worked diligently on getting my financing approved. He explained things very clearly. The employees are very considerate and straight forward. They always treat you with respect. They did not haggle over the price of the car and did explain everything with great detail. I would purchase another car from them. In fact this is our second car purchase from them in 5 years

I have bought cars from AL for many years as has my husband. Always a pleasure to deal with. Makes it easy without the stress. Never pressures us. Paperwork is always easy. Have never been disappointed in any of our transactions or work completed by the dealership.

The purchase almost seemed too easy. I stopped at the dealership & was able to take the car home to show my dad without any hassle, as the dealership was closing at 4 on a Saturday. By 10:30 am the following Monday, the car was already purchased - no issues. It was by far, the fastest car purchase I ever made. I didn't want to mess around with negotiating, & I didnt want to waste anyone's time, nor did I want my time to be wasted. I still can't believe how eas it was. This is the best place to buy a car in Ohio. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I picked the Dealership because of the price but I would return to Warren because of the great service from the salesmen even if it's 50 miles away. Preston BMW is the best place to buy a new or used car, that is what I tell all of my friends.

The team of representatives at Preston BMW were very easy to work with. They made us feel great about buying a car. Our credit wasn't the best but they never made us feel like we weren't worthy of the best service. They worked hard and got us approved in one day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car.
