I was looking at used Acura's and they had one that I was interested in. When I went to look at the car I wasn't expecting to make a purchase that day; however, I was treated so well and received a very fair trade-in appraisal so we made a deal. The whole experience was no pressure and they took care of every concern I had about the car (like fixing some scratches and installing a liscense plate bracket).
