Could care less about my business Shopped two high-end dealerships, the experience was as different as night and day. Preston BMW was unfriendly, acted like they could care less about my business. I would describe their customer service as indifferent. They were not busy during either of my visits yet there was a feeling I was interrupting. After appraising my trade, a deal sheet was handed to me with a rather rude explanation we don't negotiate. Terrible service Only bmw dealer nearby so I have to go to them for certain things. Very disrespectful. Non of the employees knew anything about the cars and we're on youtube and other websites while serving me. They told me my bank was garbage and can't afford their products. They have scratched and damaged my vehicles and didn't care. They are way over priced compared to other bmw dealers. I tell everyone to stay away from them

Take your hard earned money elsewhere! I will never return to this dealership EVER again. Not only did I not buy a car, I was insulted and treated poorly by the finance manager Scott. They had an over priced vehicle (which is still there and they have since reduced asking price since they can't move it off the lot...) and were not willing to negotiate; they did not want my business, but I am so happy that it did NOT work out with them because I went to the BMW dealership in Pittsburgh 2 days later and drove off in my dream c... read more

Christie in service is EXTREMELY rude. 1st encounter I was supposed to pay a huge bill, she shoved me as if I'm cheap to ask about the details. Literally slammed papers @ catchier & told me she'll explain it to you!! Today I was directed to her office, as I opened the door I heard "OH BOY!!!" I told her "Why Oh Boy!!" She said oh it's a car I'm looking @, would you like Jason to help you? "Sure" I said!!!! What kind of employees are these! I don't think she trained before in McDonalds even how to treat customers!! Every person I delt with was great. They all worked hard to make me fell comfortable through out the whole process. The vehicle I bought on the other hand was a whole different story. When I brought it home and looked at the vehicle the left front wheel bearing had over a half inch of play and the front brake pads had less then 2/32's of material left and the rotors were below goverment saftey specs. I bought a used car from this dealership. The car only had 36,000 miles on it. Before I had it for even a week, I couldn't get it to start. I found out it needed a new ignition cylinder so I got that replaced. I have only had the car for a few months and it has had several electrical problems including: rear window defrost had to be fixed twice, cell phone charger outlet (lighter) stopped working, and now the seatbelt light is flashing and dinging even though the seatbelt is fastened.
