Brought my Armada in to Poughkeepsie Nissan because the air leveler system was not working properly. The issue was "fixed". I contacted Nissan Customer Service for assitance as this is not a part of the truck that should fail after 40,000 miles. After being extremely passive-aggressive, Customer Service called to say they would be assisting with the repair costs. They then called back to say would not be assisting with repair costs. Originally worked up a monthly payment of less than 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed to over 410.00...This guy will work you like a rented mule if he thinks you want the car bad enough. After we requested our deposit back he went "ghetto" on us. Rude, nasty and trashy.....Stay Clear...There are plenty of places in the area to spend your hard earned money....

Took 2009 Nissan Maxima in for oil change and update of navigation system. Arrived at 8:30am. Was there until 3:30pm if you can believe that! Total incompetents!!! no one knew how to install update and kept giving me a stroke job the whole time! You would think that they would at least throw in the oil change for nothing considering that I was there the entire day! NO! This is the absolute worst service center I have ever been to and I will never bring my vehicle here again! And I will tell everyone I know to never even thin... read more

Today is 03\27\08 just picked up 2006 Frontier from dealer for 30,000 mile service I got charged for wiper blade replacements and never recieved them. 2 weeks ago before I took a trip to NC I took truck in for oil change. When I got to North Carolina I found the oil pan drain plug out about 3/8 of an inch. I only found it because of an oil spot on the driveway. I have found a rag in my engine compartment. They still haven't found the sqeeking noise I hear everytime I go over a bump. I will never buy another Nissan from them.... read more

We had a bad experience with this dealership. We went in to purchase a 2006 350Z. They gave us the run around about locating the model we wanted. We eventually special ordered a car. we waited four and a half months and they still did not have a vin number or location of the car. They had no evidance that the car exsisted. The deal was a loss for them as well as nissan, as we will never purchase another nissan again.

Offered a lowball trade on my 02 maxima se 53K for 10K Offered a lowball trade on my 02 maxima se 53K for 10K Selling other 02 maxima's for 18K+ on the lot with higher mileage. Had to make multiple trips to pick up the car Sales agent signed up insurance from a friend for high premiums without our consent. Friend benefited and made commision. Contacted other dealers to advise them to not make higher trade offers because they would pick up the car from them wholesale and sell it here. Really watch your money and trade.
