I drop off my altima to fix recall now they xxxxed up my oxygen sensor and asking $600+. Telling me they can't give me my car back I never go to this place. I want to go for another dealer hate this people. Danny tubbs. Service advisor. He is the one. If you ever get recall try to avoid this place. They will try to mess up something and ask you to pay for it.

Salesman Joe brand new did not know much but very cool guy. I had been speaking with internet guy Tom for about a week and explains everything to him. He assured me he would be part of the process and get me best price etc. I decide on a car narrow it down to a 20 or 21 based on which would be better deal. They did not want to run numbers on both cars despite I saying the price would determine because basically same car. 80 year old Mom taken advantaged of! 80 year old mom went in for a recall for front springs on her Nissan Versa and walked out paying 540 dollars! Completely taken advantaged of ! Called and argued with service manager.. Basically told me she approved it to bad!
My experience was very stressful and costly Had the car for a short time and already had issues with it after week, brought it to service multiple times and issues was not fixed until I then had to pay a large amount of money to someone else for repairs. Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism.
Conmen stay away Fran is a scammer bought a car. If they ask what u want to pay per month, they will lower u trade in so they charge u more, when u could have had a cheaper monthly payment. Look at other dealers, Fran is a conman bottom line. Just look at history of reviews. Stay away!!! Karma will get you Fran...
Make sure you check what you buy THEY LIE TO SELL!! I went to get a 2017 Nissan Sentra S I told the sales guy (TOM) that I wanted 3 things on my car Manual Transmission, Back up Camera and the Bluetooth for my phone and my music" I told him I hate cables around my care and I was a MUST to have Bluetooth. OK BUT NOT GREAT My sales associate, Sarah, was very sweet ...a real people person. The finance manager, Dylan, was very friendly. However, I found the whole experience to be disorganized, and too lengthy compared to another dealership I had dealt with previously. The dealership seems to lack coordination and service details. Liars.........!!! Had the deal done - deposit down - scheduled pickup time - did the complete truck checkout, synced my cell phone, made sure remote starter worked - go into 'finance admin office to give them 11K bank check(financing balance tru Nissan 20K) and they change the APR rate - up-ing my payment - LIARers...........tried to swindle me - we had DONE AGREEMENT.....and THEY changed it.......!! took my money back & went to another dealer............Suggestion - DON'T waste your time at this dealer.......!!
Stay away! I bought a car there and my stupidity was not reading what I singed because the salesman was a family friend. But the guy Jim in finance charged me 2,000 dollars for a warranty that I never agreed to as well as charged me more for the car then we agreed. I guess I was an idiot to sign without looking but again I did it on trust. Then for three weeks he gave me the run around to get answers .
