After checking in with front desk no one came to help me. watching everyone talking and joking around numerous staff walked by me and not one person asked if I needed help the dealership was not busy A Damm shame they had a customer walk in And they just ignored me I ask myself why I have a few reasons why ? They are the worst to deal with. They will throw you under the bus and charge you an arm and a leg. I am honest. Not good at repairs and lie about diagnostics. All my friends are notified about their scams. Do not trust them. They only cover themself and not their clients. They will sell to you but not do the right teaching for the clients nor provide the proper diagnostics. It will be your fault if there is an issue, even if you follow their rules. Haha Poughkeepsie Nissan don’t get me started this place has the most rudest sales mangers. Disrespectful and this is a trash sale place. I lease a 2020 pathfinder and it was dirty and they were so rude about the details of getting it showroom clean and spotless. I drop off my altima to fix recall now they xxxxed up my oxygen sensor and asking $600+. Telling me they can't give me my car back I never go to this place. I want to go for another dealer hate this people. Danny tubbs. Service advisor. He is the one. If you ever get recall try to avoid this place. They will try to mess up something and ask you to pay for it.

Salesman Joe brand new did not know much but very cool guy. I had been speaking with internet guy Tom for about a week and explains everything to him. He assured me he would be part of the process and get me best price etc. I decide on a car narrow it down to a 20 or 21 based on which would be better deal. They did not want to run numbers on both cars despite I saying the price would determine because basically same car. 80 year old Mom taken advantaged of! 80 year old mom went in for a recall for front springs on her Nissan Versa and walked out paying 540 dollars! Completely taken advantaged of ! Called and argued with service manager.. Basically told me she approved it to bad!
My experience was very stressful and costly Had the car for a short time and already had issues with it after week, brought it to service multiple times and issues was not fixed until I then had to pay a large amount of money to someone else for repairs. Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism.
Conmen stay away Fran is a scammer bought a car. If they ask what u want to pay per month, they will lower u trade in so they charge u more, when u could have had a cheaper monthly payment. Look at other dealers, Fran is a conman bottom line. Just look at history of reviews. Stay away!!! Karma will get you Fran...
