bad service department Once they sell you a car, if you don't have it serviced there, you are useless to them..Wouldn't spring for a 2 dollar bracket which shouldn't have rusted out to begin with.they should be shut down

refused to give back deposit Sam, the manager was very rude to my boyfriend and I. We were never told that our deposit was not refundable and when my boyfriend signed the invoice there were no figures on it,not even the vehicle id#. When I went back to get our deposit back, Sam, flatly refused and presented me with an invoice that had the words non refundable deposit written on it. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM purchased this vehicle from Vincent Di Steffano on 1/22/14. Drove car home and called Vincent next day about the following issues: -Tire pressure light on -plastic wheel cover hanging -windows stuck not working properly -glove box not closing I was also owed: 2nd key window molding (both taken care of) and promised Registration in 2 weeks plastic for wheel was ordered. Worst car buying experience ever! I bought a 2006 Nissan Frontier with 75,000 miles on it in April of 2012. The whole buying experience was a disaster from day one. I responded to an ad online for the vehicle initially and showed up the next day for a test drive. The trim of the frontier and color were completely wrong to start with. Worst dealership ever! If u want to go to a nissan dealership go to Kingston nissan!!!! They are helpless and they don't stand by their word!!! They have screwed me plent of times and I've only had my van for 4 weeks! Ha!!! WORST IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Only had my van 1 day and it had to go to service. In the last 4 weeks they have had my van 5 times!! There is definitely a problem with that!!!!

My experience started out ok. I was working with the Internet sales person named Tiffany. I was interested in the used 2012 Nissan Juke S with AWD. I pulled together all my paperwork for the finance manager and came in for a test drive of the car. I learned that none of my info was passed along to the finance manager. And I also learned that the car was not an AWD vehicle. Even after this was brought to the attention of the dealership, the AD remained untouched.

We all have had the horror experiences with dealers. The half-truths, the misleading and deceptive statements, the "creeping upward" monthly payment from original quote.... we all know that game. Brought my Armada in to Poughkeepsie Nissan because the air leveler system was not working properly. The issue was "fixed". I contacted Nissan Customer Service for assitance as this is not a part of the truck that should fail after 40,000 miles. After being extremely passive-aggressive, Customer Service called to say they would be assisting with the repair costs. They then called back to say would not be assisting with repair costs. Originally worked up a monthly payment of less than 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed to over 410.00...This guy will work you like a rented mule if he thinks you want the car bad enough. After we requested our deposit back he went "ghetto" on us. Rude, nasty and trashy.....Stay Clear...There are plenty of places in the area to spend your hard earned money....
