OK BUT NOT GREAT My sales associate, Sarah, was very sweet ...a real people person. The finance manager, Dylan, was very friendly. Liars.........!!! Had the deal done - deposit down - scheduled pickup time - did the complete truck checkout, synced my cell phone, made sure remote starter worked - go into 'finance admin office to give them 11K bank check(financing balance tru Nissan 20K) and they change the APR rate - up-ing my payment - LIARers...........tried to swindle me - we had DONE AGREEMENT.....and THEY changed it.......!! took my money back & went to another dealer............Suggestion - DON'T waste your time at this dealer.......!!
Stay away! I bought a car there and my stupidity was not reading what I singed because the salesman was a family friend. But the guy Jim in finance charged me 2,000 dollars for a warranty that I never agreed to as well as charged me more for the car then we agreed. I guess I was an idiot to sign without looking but again I did it on trust. Then for three weeks he gave me the run around to get answers . bad service department Once they sell you a car, if you don't have it serviced there, you are useless to them..Wouldn't spring for a 2 dollar bracket which shouldn't have rusted out to begin with.they should be shut down
refused to give back deposit Sam, the manager was very rude to my boyfriend and I. We were never told that our deposit was not refundable and when my boyfriend signed the invoice there were no figures on it,not even the vehicle id#. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM purchased this vehicle from Vincent Di Steffano on 1/22/14. Drove car home and called Vincent next day about the following issues: -Tire pressure light on -plastic wheel cover hanging -windows stuck not working properly -glove box not closing I was also owed: 2nd key window molding (both taken care of) and promised Registration in 2 weeks plastic for wheel was ordered. Worst car buying experience ever! I bought a 2006 Nissan Frontier with 75,000 miles on it in April of 2012. The whole buying experience was a disaster from day one. I responded to an ad online for the vehicle initially and showed up the next day for a test drive. The trim of the frontier and color were completely wrong to start with. Worst dealership ever! If u want to go to a nissan dealership go to Kingston nissan!!!! They are helpless and they don't stand by their word!!! They have screwed me plent of times and I've only had my van for 4 weeks! Ha!!! WORST IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Only had my van 1 day and it had to go to service. In the last 4 weeks they have had my van 5 times!! There is definitely a problem with that!!!!
My experience started out ok. I was working with the Internet sales person named Tiffany. I was interested in the used 2012 Nissan Juke S with AWD. I pulled together all my paperwork for the finance manager and came in for a test drive of the car. I learned that none of my info was passed along to the finance manager. And I also learned that the car was not an AWD vehicle. Even after this was brought to the attention of the dealership, the AD remained untouched.
