I recently purchased a 2006 nissan altima from Poughkeepsie Nissan and my experience was amazing. I test drove the car and everything was perfect so i decided to buy it. I just sat in a chair and relaxed while they did everything for me. By everything i mean; research and found me the best rate possible on the loan, registered and insured the car, fully detailed in and out, fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. Bought a preowned sentra in 2008 with a 100,000 mile warranty. They stood by it! At 96,000 I started burning oil-about a quart every 2000 miles. Worked with Alex Ahmed the service manager and Nissan put in an engine and worked with me to get a clutch and flywheel. Great dealership.

Came to Nissan of Poughkeepsie Service for a brake light switch problem and the issue was diagnsosed and fixed in under 15 minutes. The people at Poughkeepsie Nissan will help you as much as they can to fix the car issue. I want to say thanks to the Service Manager Al, and service advisors Kristen, Tubbs, Charles and Charlie. Jim helped me get into my dream car! He was so friendly and helpful and did whatever he could to get me what I wanted! I was very pleased with Jim. He was friendly and cooperative. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he helped me get it. He even came in on his day off so I could pick my car up. I am very happy with my new car. Thank you Jim! I also want to thank Mike for helping me when Jim was not there...very nice and since I came in without an appointment he was very accomodating.

I purchased Nissan Maxima 2012 SV from this dealership on July 2nd 2012. I and my family were very pleased with overall experience of buying a new car from Poughkeepsie Nissan. Jim was very helpfull. He was very friendly during our buying process. He was able to explaine the features of my car very well & helped me out with setting up the blue tooth. And although there was an error on someones part on the original car I had picked out. It was sold before I bought it and before I took it for a test drive, Jim was very courtious and professional on getting me another car. I would recomend him to other people I know if they need a new car.

Very friendly. Have bought 4 cars from this dealership. Always rear service and they work with your budget. Jimmy Capriola is the best. Very patient, not pushy, and well informed about the vehicles he sells.
