I recently purchased a 2006 nissan altima from Poughkeepsie Nissan and my experience was amazing. I test drove the car and everything was perfect so i decided to buy it. I just sat in a chair and relaxed while they did everything for me. By everything i mean; research and found me the best rate possible on the loan, registered and insured the car, fully detailed in and out, fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. Bought a preowned sentra in 2008 with a 100,000 mile warranty. They stood by it! At 96,000 I started burning oil-about a quart every 2000 miles. Worked with Alex Ahmed the service manager and Nissan put in an engine and worked with me to get a clutch and flywheel. Great dealership.
Came to Nissan of Poughkeepsie Service for a brake light switch problem and the issue was diagnsosed and fixed in under 15 minutes. The people at Poughkeepsie Nissan will help you as much as they can to fix the car issue. I want to say thanks to the Service Manager Al, and service advisors Kristen, Tubbs, Charles and Charlie. I was very pleased with Jim. He was friendly and cooperative. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he helped me get it. He even came in on his day off so I could pick my car up. I also should add a lot more... I ended up getting more car than I expected! Jim knew what I wanted and he kept the price where I needed it and I ended up getting a few extras on my car. The dealership did not have what I wanted, but Jim said they would find my car for me. I had to wait a few days, but it was definitely worth the wait.
