Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT go to Poughkeepsie Nissan. We were baited and switched when we initially leased the vehicle in December 2022. We were offered pretty favorable purchase terms at first. Took my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection on June 13th. I did not have an appointment but they took me right in with about a 1 & 1/2 hour wait which was great. I took my car there for service because I bought the car brand new from them. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I was interested in a specific vehicle. They were going to take me for a test drive. Then tells me it's sold. I communicated with the sales manager. He could have told me it was sold. Then they tried to sell me something I didn't want. Do not trust these people. They'll rip you off.
Bait and switch! Called regarding a vehicle I saw on their website for the past month, tried to discuss purchasing and was told the price on the website is incorrect. I was quoted a much higher price! Had I driven many miles to be swindled, I would have been a very unhappy person! Beware!
Bad customer experience with this place! They are not honest business people. If you have any warranties on anything purchased there it will not be honored and they will say it’s something else just to avoid replacing product! Don’t recommend at all!

The dealership service department is dishonest, lacks customer service, and seems incompetent. Stay away, take your vehicle to Nissan newburgh they're awesome, friendly and know what they are doing. I took my car to Poughkeepsie Nissan to pin a cover that came loose underneath my 2017 maxima and to check my window that squeaked. I was charged $190 or so for a diagnosis for my car. After checking in with front desk no one came to help me. watching everyone talking and joking around numerous staff walked by me and not one person asked if I needed help the dealership was not busy A Damm shame they had a customer walk in And they just ignored me I ask myself why I have a few reasons why ? They are the worst to deal with. They will throw you under the bus and charge you an arm and a leg. I am honest. Not good at repairs and lie about diagnostics. All my friends are notified about their scams. Do not trust them. They only cover themself and not their clients. They will sell to you but not do the right teaching for the clients nor provide the proper diagnostics. It will be your fault if there is an issue, even if you follow their rules. Haha Poughkeepsie Nissan don’t get me started this place has the most rudest sales mangers. Disrespectful and this is a trash sale place. I lease a 2020 pathfinder and it was dirty and they were so rude about the details of getting it showroom clean and spotless. Tell me they did all the could and me as a customer I’m to picky and all new vehicle have some form or defects or grime, which I disagree with.
