Nissan was an afterthought for me. I was on my way to Toyota down the road and stopped in. Low pressure sales was a plus and after visiting 4 dealers in one day, welcomed. Quality of car for the money sold it. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and we worked together to get a good deal for all. This evil dealership sold my daughter a lemon has left her in a 10000 dollar debt with no vehicle. I can truly say Poughkeepsie is the grimiest place to live because all the systems hete are corrupted.

After the horrific experience I've had with my. used car since I bought it from here two months ago, I would NEVER recommend buying a used car here. I bought my car November 6th and since then I have brought the car in 5 times for repairs. I've had issues with the catalytic converter, exhaust, and now 3 out of 4 cylinders on my engine.

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT go to Poughkeepsie Nissan. We were baited and switched when we initially leased the vehicle in December 2022. We were offered pretty favorable purchase terms at first. After agreeing to these terms, we were told to run some errands because the paperwork and vehicle prep would take an hour. Took my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection on June 13th. I did not have an appointment but they took me right in with about a 1 & 1/2 hour wait which was great. I took my car there for service because I bought the car brand new from them. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I was interested in a specific vehicle. They were going to take me for a test drive. Then tells me it's sold. I communicated with the sales manager. He could have told me it was sold. Then they tried to sell me something I didn't want. Do not trust these people. They'll rip you off.
Bait and switch! Called regarding a vehicle I saw on their website for the past month, tried to discuss purchasing and was told the price on the website is incorrect. I was quoted a much higher price! Had I driven many miles to be swindled, I would have been a very unhappy person! Beware!
Bad customer experience with this place! They are not honest business people. If you have any warranties on anything purchased there it will not be honored and they will say it’s something else just to avoid replacing product! Don’t recommend at all!

The dealership service department is dishonest, lacks customer service, and seems incompetent. Stay away, take your vehicle to Nissan newburgh they're awesome, friendly and know what they are doing. I took my car to Poughkeepsie Nissan to pin a cover that came loose underneath my 2017 maxima and to check my window that squeaked. I was charged $190 or so for a diagnosis for my car.
