Took my car to get serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was terrible and was there for over 2 hours. Was yelled at by a disrespectful worker who lacks customer service skills who addressed me by ayo man pull up 😂😂. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I’ll do the oil change myself next time

Nearly two hours to change oil and rotate tires.

Bought a new 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Newark Toyota World. At around 3,000 miles, the truck started to exhibit a familiar whining noise from the rear axle reminiscent of a worn rear. At the regularly-scheduled 3,000 mile checkup, I complained about the noise. The Service Manager told me that the noise was normal. This went on for three subsequent Service calls each time yielding no action. Filed a complaint with Corporate. Horrible service whenever I visit. Wouldn’t recommend. During my first few visits, service was bad,but I decided to keep it to myself. After my last visit I decided to let my voice be heard because something needs to be done. My first visit was in March of 2021, I had got a flat tire and went there to get a new one. Slow service for minor maintenance upkeep (oil change and/or tire rotation) takes 2-3 hours wait even if you have an appointment

they always recommend extra work on your car just to charge you even the part still good I don't trust them

I had an appointment for an oil change, so I pulled into the service center and waited a while in my car. Then I walked into the building area and no one greeted me or asked to help. So I got back in my car and waited again. A new employee came to check me in and told me it would be an hour to an 1.5 hours. I told him that I was told on the phone, less than an hour because my husband had to go to work. I waited in the waiting area and no one ever updated me. Really wanted this to be an overall positive experience and even traveled an hour away to avoid our local Toyota dealership, Del, who tried to scam us for breaks and rotors that were almost brand new and failed them in inspection. Pulled the vehicle, took it somewhere else, passed. However, back to Newark ToyotaWorld. Ordered a brand new 4Runner TRD pro there through salesman Eric back in early June.
