I have had two bad experiences with this dealership and one worse than the other, the two women at the reception were rude and disrespectful to me as well as the employee who served me both times, apparently for these people to make fun of and laugh at a person with a foreign accent is very funny. I will never come back here.

I went to get my car serviced for an Air condition leak check and recharge which was stated at $229.95 for the price. I was called saying my condensor needed to be replaced and they took a picture showing a dent that was caused by a rock. They said there was a leak apparently and they did not recharge my ac with the freon. Later on when I went there I asked why am I paying $229.95 for a AC leak check and a recharge with no recharge? I would buy another vehicle from them,BUT recently their service department advisor(s) was terrible!! After waiting for my car for a little more than 2 hours, I see my car had been sitting out front completed. I had to go to the service advisor to inquire what the hold up is. Service department is mediocre. Wish they offered shuttle service or Uber like other Toyota dealers in the area. Definitely overpriced and nickel and dime you.

When having truck service ! Truck front windshield got a 7 inch crack in it ! This was found when my truck was driven up to me at dealership and as soon as I open door I seen it ! Truck was taken inside and the manager looked at it and put his pen on out side windshield and said it didn’t happen here .We talk about it and it wasn’t good and I was told to leave ; it got bad ! I’m going to complain to Toyota about how I was treated !Also what happened to pictures taken when truck was brought in then for service?

My review wouldn’t post on the email survey they sent me so I’m posting it here: Overpriced for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Biden economics. Had to ask them to set me up with an Uber - they used to ask the customer when the car was going to be in service for more than an hour. I live less than 5 miles from service center. No longer do courtesy car wash after working on vehicle. Employees unfriendly. No access to soda machine as they were out of ice (maybe make a run to Wawa and buy a few bags?). Did n... read more

my daughter had her catalytic converter cut out. these guys priced her 3k to fix and they could do it till end of December, so they can't do it. she called a local garage that did it for 1/3 and the next week. all that said, they charged her $150.00 just to look at her car, no diagnostic the converter was cut out, and said basically they can't do the job. No honor or integrity at this place.
