We saw a car online. We were definitely interested in. We called ahead to make sure the car was there. We got there an hour after talking to somebody on the phone and the car was in the shop being serviced because it was not available to be sold yet. This place does not care if they waste your time.

I recently took my car to Newark Toyota for what I thought was a basic oil change. I only put 5000 miles a year on it had no issues previous get my car back. Go home couple days later oil in my driveway oil underneath my car. I called the dealer. They tell me to bring it back the next morning. I had to miss some hours off work again the oil filter was loose. They tightened it up said they cleaned up. Went to pick it up. I was told here’s your car. This dealership will not call me back, I have called multiple times. They owe me money. I will never buy a vehicle from any of the Price dealership. This as been the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle.

We were there on Saturday trying to purchase a RAV4 and the salesperson left us to put a tag on a vehicle. After we went to complain to managers to ask where he went and I was told to be patient they were very busy. I stated I wouldn’t have an issue if he wouldn’t of said to give him a few minutes he would be right back. Manager was rude and not helpful. After 40 minutes he returned with our price quote. They said I needed a new motor, guy gave me a price next day saying with an used motor and other stuff would be $9800 I took my truck for a second opinion I did NOT need a motor instead he found loose
