The lady checking me in and out was absolutely wonderful. She made sure the car was done in time so I could make it to my appointments. She was also funny and had a wonderful attitude!

Have not gone to a dealer in years. Got most of my cars from a broker including my friends and family. Mostly Toyotas and Hondas. Since this is the 1st time for Mazda and he's taking longer than usual, I went out to dealers myself. Saw a couple dealers and it's price once and done with. Went with Mazda of New Rochelle, spoke with Roque. Got a quote, then a little back and forth with the price. Overall, it was very pleasant and quick. Setup a date and schedule pickup. All my questions answered clear.

Just bought a used cx-30 from Jose L. What a pleasant and easy experience. This was our first time looking at Mazda and Jose made it as enjoyable as possible. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy at all. We cannot wait to have to buy another car so we can buy it from Jose. Too bad our Mazda is going to run for 200k miles!

Charles really knows his stuff! I’m a new owner and didn’t know how to operate the the CX30-2025. Charles showed me how to do car play and regular settings with the vehicle. 5 stars! A very smart young man!
