I had a very good experience with Dumitru at Mazda in New Rochelle. He was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle, he listened to what we needed and asked about our must haves before showing us the different options that were available. Really great service, Amanda was amazing the moment that I came into the dealership she greeted me with open arms. I was scared I would have to leave my car with the dealer but my service advisor Amanda looked at me and said I will get you in and out and fast as she can and while I wait she will ensure I am comfortable. Amazing dealership just wish there were exceptional dealerships like Mazda of new Rochelle.
