Mazda of New Rochelle is excellent. The person working at the dealership her name is Gwen. She was fantastic. She helped us get a good deal on a Mazda CX 90 she was so nice and helpful. She’s very courteous to us and she also make sure that the transition went well. I’m definitely coming back to Mazda.

General Manager and staff were friendly and informative. Negotiations were easy. Test drive went quite well and it was a pleasurable experience. This is my 3rd Mazda.

I ran into Charles at the receptionist desk today and he let me know he was a sales consultant. He told me massimo was assisting one of his new clients and he would help out instead and not keep me waiting. So Charles helped out with connecting my CarPlay to my vehicle but he found out my vehicle isn’t accessible with CarPlay touchscreen. He said he will speak to massimo and service to further assist on this issue with technology on the vehicles interphase.
