Very pleased! I hate to buy cars because of the time spent & price but with Otari it's totally different. No problems at all and quickly. We arrived late to the dealership and the only person that came to us was Otari. Everybody else was in a hurry to leave. Without knowing we were going to buy a car, he put attention to us and helped us answering all out questions and selling us a car on the next day. When the time comes to change our car, we'll definitely do it with Otari.

Terrific. Was a pleasure to work with Mohammed. He really knows his stuff and was able to order a car with better features for less than I had been quoted at another dealership that was closer to me. It was well worth the trip. If your looking for a Mazda remember his name, Mohammed is the most professional car person that I've come across.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! The reason we got this brand new Mazda CX5\-5 was because of Mohammeds very good sales talk and hospitality. Me and my wife came for a certified Honda CRV SUV. I was very attentive with the manager's presentation to this car and he convinced us to take the brand new one instead of going with the certified Honda CRV. I guess I gave Carlos a headache, but he was very patient with us, and he helped us make the right decision. Thumbs up for the both of you guys!
Truly exceptional customer service!!! What an outstanding experience and all thanks to Carlos. He went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our Mazda experience. I have dealt with numerous dealers in the past and I can honestly say that these guys are the real deal. A true asset to Mazda of New Rochelle and to the Mazda family. Both Carlos and Otari went to bat for us and did everything as a team to ensure that we were happy and that I got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Seamless! We really had a great experience. My husband recommended the Mazda and I was reluctant but after a horrible experience at Lash Volkswagen of White plains. We went with the CX-9 and the Mazda is roomy, drives well and the process to get it was seamless. Mason worked with our budget to find what we needed and feel we got a great deal!
Service Department is wonderful I bring my Mazda 6 to NR Mazda all the time. The staff expecially Ivan is so helpful and friendly. The prices of all the service I have had there is very reasonable. I would Highly recomend Mazda of New Rochelle service center.
All the answers I was looking for I was really interested on the Mazda 6 since it was re-designed for the 2014 model.
