Their service dept is top notch. My car broke down while I was out of town and Ashleigh made sure I was taken care of and kept me up to date with the situation. It was a very stressful situation for me and they did everything possible to put me at ease and help.

Friendly staff and management, no pressure sell. Car price was good. Only negative, I was issued two keys and when I got home, I try the other key and it work sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. I brought a bew battery, but still had the same issue. I contacted the services dept and after a short check, I was told they need to submit a good faith application for reprogramming or new key glob? Last day of the 4 year warranty was that day. I bought an VW Id. 4 at another dealership in another city. I had to get the previous owner removed as the primary driver so that my info could be added. I brought it without an appointment and the service department was able to help me quickly! Even washed my car before I left!
