Service is always fast and the service advisors are very courteous and helpful. Even if they have to keep the car a while they are upfront and honest about it. The techs go to every length to repair what is wrong and take care of any recalls or bulletins while I’m there.

I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my Audi SQ5 in for service. Not only did they diagnose the car throughly, they provided great service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I feel like they didn’t take unfair advantage of me not understanding the mechanics of my vehicle. Lakeland VW has always had top notch service and I will continue to buy and get my car serviced there; however, this time around there was some mistakes done by the technician, which I was able to fix on my own. The issue being the incomplete installation of the cabin filter. I would not have noticed if not for a plastic covering left in the glove box.
