Everything was done as promised. Didn't experience any problems. Staff including the tech, Jeff, went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer.

While Ashley gave excellent customer service, I feel that the service department was trying to upsale repairs. Fortunately, I have a very knowledgeable husband and father-in-law who understand the repair suggestions and thus I saved over $ 1400 in repairs that were not indicated for the safe operation of the vehicle at this point in time. I will still use this dealership as everyone is very kind, however, I will use my resources as well prior to authorizing repairs.
